I began treatments with Katie Chivington in February 2015 for headaches related to a TBI. It quickly became clear that acupuncture was the only thing that consistently and effectively treated the pain! Medications have come and gone, dosages have been altered, but if I go without a single acupuncture treatment, my body feels the impact. In fact, with acupuncture, I’ve even been able to cut out one of my asthma meds; a benefit I never expected!
As a provider, Katie has been very intentional with her treatments, very supportive of me as her patient, and she listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. I feel that she truly cares about my well being, and her expertise has been absolutlely invaluable. This has been my first experience with acupuncture, but I fully intend to continue treatment with Katie long after my body heals from the TBI.
